This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the fulfillment methods, delivery timelines, and transit conditions for both Instant Digital Cloud SaaS Services (software access, unique subdomains, and downloadable vector QR codes) and Physical Hospitality Hardware Merchandise (custom branded acrylic and wooden table QR standees) provided by MENU.IND.IN across the Republic of India.
1. Instant Digital SaaS Delivery
Upon completing account registration and subscription payment, your dedicated restaurant subdomain ([slug].menu.ind.in), digital menu manager, and downloadable vector QR codes are provisioned automatically on our cloud infrastructure within 30 seconds.
2. Physical QR Table Standees
For restaurants ordering custom laser-engraved acrylic or wooden QR table standees and NFC tap cards, items are custom-fabricated within 48 hours and shipped across India via premier air courier networks (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC).
1. Digital SaaS Service Fulfillment Protocol
MENU.IND.IN is primarily an online cloud-based software platform. Digital delivery occurs without human delay or physical transit:
- Instant Cloud Activation: Access to the Cafe Owner Dashboard, Menu Dish Manager, Kitchen Display System (KDS), and Analytics is granted immediately upon sign-up and login verification.
- Subdomain DNS Routing: Your custom subdomain is live on our edge proxy network instantly, ready to receive customer visits.
- Downloadable QR Code Assets: High-resolution vector SVG and PNG QR codes, pre-formatted with table numbers and custom branding, are available for instant on-demand download directly inside the dashboard. Restaurant owners who prefer printing locally may download and print their codes immediately without waiting for physical courier delivery.
- Confirmation Receipt: An electronic GST-compliant invoice and login credential confirmation are automatically dispatched to your registered email address upon payment confirmation.
2. Physical QR Table Standees & Hardware Merchandise
Participating restaurants that choose our premium physical standee packages (or receive them complimentary as part of our annual Pro and Enterprise subscriptions) are fulfilled according to the following guidelines:
A. Fabrication & Quality Inspection (24–48 Hours)
Every table standee is custom-manufactured with your restaurant's high-resolution vector logo, brand accent color, and unique cryptographic table QR tokens. Laser cutting, UV printing, and scratch-resistant acrylic sealing require twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of fabrication and rigorous optical scanning verification prior to dispatch.
B. Domestic Logistics & Courier Partners
Consignments are handed over to established Indian express courier partners, including Blue Dart Express, Delhivery Express, DTDC Air, and India Post Speed Post (for remote pin codes).

4. Consignment Tracking & Notifications
Once your physical merchandise parcel is scanned into the courier logistics hub, an automated notification containing the Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number and direct courier tracking URL will be transmitted to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp and email.
5. Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Standees
If your physical shipment arrives damaged in transit or displays a printing defect that impedes smartphone camera scanning:
- Photograph the damaged merchandise and email support@menu.ind.in within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
- We will immediately re-fabricate and dispatch brand new replacement standees via Priority Air Courier with 100% free shipping. You do not need to return the damaged cards.
